Our Dockerfiles don't need these extensions so drop them.
This is a stub project for us to begin developing our own Cinder code and adding it into a container.
Create a build of the Cinder container which will also install our Cinder driver code.

This adds a Python project for us to begin developing cinder extensions and builds a cinder container with the project installed into it. It defines these containers to be used by OpenStack Helm. Lastly it renames the Dockerfiles to make operations like this easier.
